Live Nation Signs On As Bald Hill Promoter

Long Island Events, LLC, operator of The Amphitheater at Bald Hill in Farmingville, N.Y., announced April 17 it is making Live Nation the exclusive promoter for the 7,000-capacity venue.

“We couldn’t be more excited to join our partners at Long Island Events to bring a wide variety of shows to the amphitheater to compliment the great work John and his team at My Country 96.1 have been doing for years” Alan Ostfield, President of Live Nation North Atlantic said in a statement. “By joining forces, we look forward to bringing Long Islanders even more of the music they love.” 
That music includes Brett Eldredge, Cole Swindell, The Beach Boys, 3 Doors Down, and Dustin Lynch in 2018, as the shed also just released its seasonal schedule. 
In addition to promoting the venue, formerly known as Pennysaver Amphitheater, Live Nation will be “reorganizing on site elements and efficiencies” at the shed, according to a statement.
