PBS’ Wild Kratts Goes Live In September
The Kratt brothers take their PBS show on the road for a two-month cross-country trip filled with creature powers, critters and fun. “Wild Kratts LIVE 2.0 – Activate Creature Power!” opens in Eugene, Ore., and includes Seattle, Hollywood, Chicago and St. Louis among its destinations.
You may not be familiar with “Wild Kratts” and the two brothers behind the program, but it’s a sure bet your kids know all about the show. Created by Martin and Chris Kratt, the Emmy-nominated program mixes live action with animation to depict the brothers exploring wondrous lands filled with exotic animals.
How does this translate to the stage? The Kratt Brothers appear live while the Wild Kratts team are seen on-screen as animated characters at their Tortuga HQ.
And it goes without saying that the brothers will activate several new “creature powers” to amaze the fans.

Previous Wild Kratt tours have done very well at the box office and the production has sold out shows in markets like Austin, Atlanta, Nashville and Boston. Last month the Kratt brothers took the show to the Palace Theatre where 2,484 fans purchased tickets and the gross reached $109,362.
