Paradigm Promotes O’Neill And Sokolski To Agents While Nurturing Careers Inhouse

Paradigm Talent Agency adds two agents in its music division with the promotions of Kristin O’Neill and Nate Sokolski, both based in the company’s Beverly Hills, Calif., headquarters.

O’Neill got her start with the company as a receptionist with The Windish Agency, which was acquired by Paradigm in 2015. She moved up the ranks, becoming assistant and then booking coordinator for agent Evan Hancock.

Her roster includes artists Quinn XII, Chelsea Cutler, avokay, Parson James, Chrome Sparks, Hazey Eyes, and Kelly Lee Owens. She’ll continue working with Hancock and artists including Four Tet, Keytranada, and Thundercat.

Sokolski has also been with Paradigm and Windish for five years, as assistant and then booking coordinator to agent Sam Hunt. Among the top clients he’s worked with are Diplo, Major Lazer, A-Trak, Chromeo, Matt and Kim, The xx, and Run The Jewels.

He’s also assisted in booking events for brand properties including Mad Decent Block Parties and Brownies & Lemonade.
