“I’m honored and excited to join C3, a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial company,” said Couch, who will be based in Boston. “I look forward to working with many talented colleagues and artists in such a positive culture and hope to use my experience in rock to help grow C3’s artist management division.” Couch spent his early days in rock radio and had a stint as rock editor of Hits Magazine, before gaining nearly 20 years of management experience with artists including Shinedown, Neon Trees, Theory of a Deadman and more.
Baltera brings experience leading global campaigns that build relationships between artists and fans. After a decade at Columbia Records in New York working with Tyler, The Creator, Jack White, Foster The People, Danger Mouse, John Legend and many others, he returns to his home state of Texas and will be based out of C3 Management’s Austin Headquarters.

“It has always been a dream to join the C3 team and I look forward to working with their impressive management roster as well as help cultivate C3 Records during its resurgence,” Baltera said. “The C’s entrepreneurial spirit and drive to revolutionize is contagious and their team has done nothing short of extraordinary work not only for their own artists, but on behalf of the entire music community as well. I am truly honored to be able to work alongside them every day.”

“Tony and Russell are both accomplished veterans and we are excited to welcome them to the C3 Management family. Each of them will bring a level of expertise that will play an important role in the continuing growth of our company,” said C3 Partner, Charlie Walker.
Opened in 2007 by Charlie Walker, Charles Attal and Charlie Jones of C3 Presents (famed for producing Austin City Limits, Lollapalooza), the separate C3 Management now has offices in Austin, Boston, Denver, Durham, London, Los Angeles, Nashville and New York.
