Boston-focused promoter Crossroads Presents announced a 10-year partnership with Citizens Bank March 12, promising VIP benefits and a rewards program at several area venues, as well as a new naming rights deal.
The naming rights is for Boston Opera House, which will soon be named Citizens Bank Opera House.
“Citizens Bank Live,” the name of the new partnership, promises access to presales, VIP opportunities, skip-the-line benefits, and a rewards program at Brighton Music Hall, Paradise Rock Club, Orpheum Theatre and the Opera House.
The financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
“We are pleased and honored to be partnering with Citizens Bank,” Don Law, president of Live Nation New England and Crossroads Presents said in a statement. “This long-term partnership will allow us to rededicate ourselves to the support of emerging artists in what has become a very challenging touring environment, as well as continue to make impactful venue improvements and upgrades that will not only enhance the artist and patron experience, but benefit the arts community as a whole.”
Veteran promoters Don Law, Joe Dunne and Declan Mehigan partnered with Live Nation to create Crossroads Presents in 2011. The trio already co-owned several local venues and the deal reportedly saw them take 50 percent ownership in Boston House Of Blues.
Live Nation New England / Crossroads Presents hired two new talent buyers in February and announced a  reorganizing of the company’s day-to-day duties, shuffling responsibilities of who booked which local venues.
