Marketing and public relations powerhouses Rogers & Cowan and PMK-BNC announced a merger July 29 that will bring a client roster of more than 500 artists, content creators, athletes and more under one roof.

Rogers & Cowan CEO Mark Owens and PMK-BNC Chairman/CEO Cindi Berger will lead a team of more than 350 across offices in Los Angeles, New York City, Nashville, Miami and London, according to Variety. The company will reportedly re-brand in the coming months.

Others in leadership positions include Rogers & Cowan co-president Alan Nierob, who will chair the merged agency’s entertainment division; Shirley Hughes, who will oversee brand marketing as president; Bill Rosenthal, who will serve in COO and CFO roles; and Brad Cafarelli and Fran Curtis, who become vice chairmen in LA and New York, respectively.

“This is a game changing and transformative moment for our agency, and a move that will create significant value and tremendous opportunities for our company and clients around the world,” Owens said.

“With our diverse roster of creative and brand clients, and seasoned management, this partnership provides a remarkable opportunity for us to take our clients and campaigns to new levels,” Berger added. “Our unique position and insight will deliver the best of brand marketing with the best of entertainment strategies, and further our ability to influence trends, spark meaningful conversations, and leverage culture to create defining moments and experiences that stand the test of time.”
