Pollstar Impact NextGen: Laura Spinelli
Digital Marketing Manager, Shopkeeper Mgmt.
Age: 27
Favorite Show of 2019: The Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour.
In a rapidly changing digital landscape, Laura Spinelli keeps not just the touring and musical life of Miranda Lambert and rising star Tenille Townes in the public eye, she’s also often spearheading initiatives like Lambert’s charitable Mutt Nation March and Fill The Little Red Wagon pet supply drives at her shows. Believing “we’re all here to serve people – to help them connect with each other, and to help them find some bit of escape from their world,” she’s an integral part of the dynamic all-women Shopkeeper Management team created by Marion Kraft.
Collaborating with Kraft and manager Crystal Dishmon, Spinelli tackles streaming, social media, email marketing, fan acquisition, content strategies, tour marketing and fan integration.
Down the road, she sees a shift. “It’s been about building a relationship between the artist and the fans, but I see the focus shifting to building a relations between the fans, using the artist as the connection point. The live show is the one time fans physically gather together, so how the artist helps craft a spirit of community and camaraderie at the show is going to be more important.”
