For Joshua Rittenhouse, summing up what his job entails is simple: “Delivering for my clients.” Some of the acts he works with include Bryce Vine, Marc E. Bassy, Lil Xan, Young Dolph, Gianni & Kyle and Trevor Daniel. Rittenhouse’s best work story began how his story started, as he packed up all of his belongings in a beat-up, old car and moved from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles to chase a dream. 

“Coming from a small town and figuring out how to navigate this crazy business has been my biggest personal accomplishment,” he says. “It’s also extremely fulfilling to be able to work with such talented artists and developing lifelong bonds with them.” 

While he’s been blessed to have a number of important and pivotal people along the journey as mentors, Rittenhouse names his parents as his most important mentors: “They’ve always kept me grounded, motivated and inspired to become the man I am today.”  As for where the business is headed in the next five years, “Primarily, I’m trying to figure out how to best strategize long term careers. In a world where an act can be worth a thousand tickets in any market before they are prepared to play live it can be very tempting to grab quick money and instant gratification; however, there is still a crucial need for the development process.”
