UTA has opened the doors for its new Nashville headquarters, which is at the former downtown Carnegie Library at 225 Polk Avenue.

The Nashville office has recently added agents Jeffrey Hasson, Jenny DeLoach, Brett Saliba, Matt Korn and Emily Wright. Some of the UTA artists represented out of Nashville include Midland, Billy Ray Cyrus, Brittney Spencer, Alana Springsteen, Sam Williams, Reyna Roberts, Josh Kiser, Lathan Warlick and Chase Martin.
“We are thrilled to open the doors to our new Nashville headquarters and bring new life to this historic space that will now serve as a gathering place for colleagues, artists and storytellers across the community,” David Zedeck, Partner and Co-Head of Worldwide Music said in a statement. “Nashville’s music roots run deep and these new offices are meant to reflect UTA’s commitment to sharing this city’s powerful creativity with the world.”
The new Nashville office was designed by HASTINGS Architecture, which preserved elements from the original library in the new, modern design.
UTA last month announced more than 100 promotions across 30 departments. The company named Samantha Kirby Yoh as Co-Head of Music with David Zedeck last year.
UTA Agent Jbeau Lewis also recently spoke to Pollstar about his upcoming panel at Pollstar Live! next week.
