CAA Promotes Paige Miller, Jackie Olender To Agent

Creative Artists Agency has named Paige Miller and Jackie Olender agent, the first trainees to be promoted from CAA Elevate, the agency’s program for agents and executives in training. 

 
“Paige and Jackie are extraordinary in every way,” said CAA’s Christian Carino.  “Jackie has played an integral role in the growth of CAA Fashion since our launch just two years ago, while Paige has done stellar work on behalf of many world class artists and brands, helping create and facilitate new business opportunities.  We look forward to what they will accomplish in their new roles as Agents.”
Miller joined CAA in 2017, serving as an Assistant to Sara Leeb, then Christian Carino, before being promoted into CAA Elevate earlier this year.  In her new role , Miller will work collaboratively with Carino, helping create opportunities for artists and companies including Chris Hemsworth, The Weeknd, Doja Cat, and Tommy Hilfiger, among many others.

She is based in Los Angeles. 
 
Olender, having started her career at IMG Models in 2018,  joined the newly launched CAA Fashion department as a Talent Coordinator in 2020. As an agent, Olender will identify and represent fashion clients in all areas, including editorial and runway, endorsements, licensing, branding, business-building, and entertainment. She is based in New York.
 
CAA announced the launch of CAA Elevate in February, with an emphasis on entrepreneurialism, inclusion, curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
