ICM Partners Names Culture Creators Founder Joi Brown Its Head Of Strategic Partnerships

Joi Brown has joined ICM Partners as Head of Strategic Partnerships and begins her new role Sept. 7.
Brown comes to ICM Partners from Atlantic Records, where she spent the past 21 years and was their Senior Vice President of Marketing and Brand Partnerships, and is also the founder of Culture Creators, which connects global cultural pioneers with the new generation of diverse creators of culture via “thought leadership, education and ideation across passion points to ensure substantive influence, economic growth, and inclusion,” according to the company.
“I am so excited to join ICM Partners and get the opportunity to work across all departments to connect our renowned clients with strategically targeted brands,” Brown said in a statement. “The marketing world is alive with possibilities and I can’t wait to dig in and get working for ICM’s tremendous clients”
Based in New York, Brown will help connect ICM Partners clients across all departments to brands using her extensive connections and expertise in the branding world, while continuing to lead Culture Creators.

While at Atlantic, Brown was part of the global brand partnerships and commercial licensing team, executing strategic campaigns that married Atlantic’s diverse roster of artists with prominent brands to create synergistic alliances. She has worked strategically with brands such as MasterCard, LVMH, L’Oreal, Covergirl, Puma, McDonald’s to Google Pixel to name a few.
