Ticketing Veteran Chris Donohue Joins Front Gate Tickets As GM

Industry veteran Chris Donohue has been named general manager of Front Gate Tickets, Ticketmaster’s North American festival ticketing platform.
Donohue will lead the division’s organization growth strategy, driving Front Gate’s ’ product innovation, delivering solutions that will help partners enhance the festival experience for fans, according to the announcement, including oversee global strategic initiatives spanning multiple departments, from field technology to product, account management, marketing, and sales.
“Chris is well respected throughout the industry for his rich understanding and great passion for festivals,” said Andrew Sider, EVP Festivals & General Admission, Ticketmaster. “His desire to drive innovation within the live events space will play an integral role in strengthening Front Gate Tickets, and Ticketmaster’s global festivals business. We are very happy to welcome him to the team.”
Donohue was most recently Vice President of Business Strategy and Partnerships at See Tickets, where he spearheaded the opening of the company’s Nashville office in 2019. He was also named one of the 2020 VenuesNow All-Stars.
