Prism.fm, the leader in live music management technology, has announced a partnership with independent ticketing company Etix, that sees the two integrate tech to show financials in real time as tickets are sold.
“We’re thrilled to launch our ticketing integration with Etix. This partnership will demonstrate the capability of an automated, end-to-end booking solution,” said Prism.fm CEO and co-founder Matt Ford. “Together we look forward to eliminating manual data entry in the ticket tracking and settlement process, so our customers can focus on the more important aspects of their operation.” The deal builds from existing integrations with See Tickets and Eventbrite.
With the integration, venues, promoters and agents who utilize both Prism.fm and Etix will be able to link their events so ticket sales are automatically updated in Prism.fm. When a ticket is sold, show financials incorporate the revenue and settlements are updated in real time.
The Etix news comes not long after Prism launched its agency tools, which help manager artist rosters, disburse payment, create event contracts and more. Those tools come following a recent $8M Series A fund and beta testing of the new agency software tools.
