Jesse Stoll Named Concerts West VP of Touring
Concerts West announced Jesse Stoll as its Vice President of Touring Wednesday.
“I am incredibly excited and hungry to dive in full force to the global touring space with Concerts West,” Stoll said in a release. “I have grown up with the AEG family and there aren’t many companies that drive home the toughness, drive and true grit spirit of what embodies an all-around concert promoter.”
Stoll’s late father Jon was a legendary promoter with Fantasma Productions, which eventually became AEG Live Southeast.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jesse to the Concerts West team,” Concerts West co-CEO John Meglen said in a statement. “Jesse brings 14 years of booking experience, deep relationships, and a passion for live entertainment. I worked with Jesse’s father Jon Stoll for many years, he was a close friend. Jon would be proud to see his son follow in his footsteps and build upon the family legacy.”
Stoll will report to Meglen and co-CEO Paul Gongaware and will be based in Los Angeles.
In 2008, Stoll joined AEG Presents as an Operations Coordinator producing and organizing numerous festivals and shows across the Southeast region. Over the next 14 years at AEG Presents, Stoll transitioned full time as a talent buyer and booked hundreds of club, theater and arena shows. Most recently, Stoll finished producing the wildly successful LIT AF Comedy Tour hosted by Martin Lawrence that played in 27 cities between 2020 and 2021. Highlights from that tour included a sell-out of Atlanta’s State Farm Arena March 7, 2020, grossing $790,868 on 11,756 tickets for an average price of $67.27, according to reports submitted to Pollstar Box Office.
