For King & Country Extend ‘What Are We Waiting For’ With ‘Tour Part II’

Christian rockers For King & Country answer their own question with the announcement of the “What Are We Waiting For? The Tour Part II” that kicks off March 23, 2023 in Honolulu and runs through May 31 in Vancouver, BC.

For Joel and Luke Smallbone, the brothers who make up For King & Country, the tour marks the continuation of their “What Are We Waiting For?” tour currently hitting arenas through Dec. 19. 

Tickets for the second leg can be pre-ordered Nov. 1-3, and go on sale Nov. 4 for the 31-city tour through For King & Country’s website.  

For King & Country is one of  is one of the genre’s most-honored acts, with four Grammy Awards, 10 GMA Dove Awards, and three American Music Award nominations including one for 2022’s Best Inspirational Artist.

Live, the duo averages 4,046 tickets per show sold for a gross of $151,021. 

For King & Country also its mark on live during the COVID pandemic, for a series of drive-in concerts that topped Pollstar’s first quarter chart in 2021. Its Christmas tour, which started in November 2020 at the height of the pandemic, played 17 shows – all drive-ins save for one date at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry House, which also livestreamed via Mandolin – grossed $1.29 million, securing the No. 2 ranking on Pollstar’s Q1 worldwide ticket sales chart.
