Panel: Staying Sane & Sober In An Insane World
Date/Time: Tuesday l Feb. 21 l 12 p.m.

Why must everyone go to your panel?
It’s important to create opportunities for inclusiveness at large-scale events, not only to be an active participant in the mental health conversation but to provide a resource to make sure fans’ wellness is a part of their experience.

What story will you tell during the panel?
The fan experience is everything! We are passionate about providing an amazing weekend for all and an inclusive community for concertgoers to feel safe in.

What’s the story you won’t tell?
I still won’t tell.

What may cause tempers to flare?
I think passion can sometimes be misinterpreted as anger or frustration. At the end of the day, we are all so passionate about what we do and the product we create that sometimes that passion can be misread.

What was the best part of your 2022?
Bringing Bourbon & Beyond back to the festival landscape was a true highlight! In terms of lineup and fan experience, it is one of the best-curated festivals in the United States. We can’t wait to see it continue to flourish and break records in 2023 and beyond!

Your predictions for 2023’s live industry highlights?
It’s going to be another busy year in live events! Lots of tours and festivals — but the fans have shown over the last two years how much they love and value the live experience.

Career tentpoles you are most proud of?
I’ve been incredibly lucky in my career to work with some of the biggest and most respected artists in the business, but I am most proud of the work I am doing now in cultivating moments and memories for fans in the festival landscape. The community at a festival is like no other and I love that we are providing that safe space and outlet for hundreds of thousands of fans! Setting sales and attendance records this past year for multiple festivals has me eager to work even harder this year to deliver amazing events.
