Tim Fitch, Longtime Production Director For Beaver Productions, Dies

Tim Fitch, who came up in the Minneapolis club scene before moving to Memphis, Tennessee, to work as a production director for Don Fox’s Beaver Productions,died of natural causes aged 51. 

Among the tours Fitch worked on over the years included John Mayer, Paul Westerberg, Johnny Lang, Michael Buble, James Taylor, Eric Capton, Norah Jones, Paul McCartney and more. He joined Beaver Productions in 2006, where he remained until last year..

“Tim was the man that knew how to make people happy from the artists to the road crew and the venues” said Don Fox, who retired late last year. While In Memphis, Fitch worked and toured alongside Barry Leff who added, “Tim was not a co-worker he was a dear friend. He made the road and the world a happier place to be. He will be missed by all those that knew him.”

Fitch is survived by his longtime girlfriend, Erika Vago. Details on final arrangements are pending.
