See Tickets North America Promotes Joe Salem To Managing Director
See Tickets North America has promoted Joe Salem to managing director. An announcement notes he will be leading the company’s growing operation. Salem previously served in the role of chief commercial officer.
Salem headed up the company’s accelerated growth in his last role, growing the “top line recurring revenue more than 10 times over the past six years.”
“Joe’s involvement has been integral to the growth of See Tickets in the US. Having him in this newly created role of Managing Director will give the North American team the pragmatic and professional leadership support it needs to continue to develop services for all ticketing verticals.” Rob Wilmshurst, Group CEO of See Tickets, said in a statement.
The leadership team of See Tickets North America includes Leanne Lipscombe, Chief Financial Officer; Marisa Veeh, Senior Vice President of Product; Jim Murphy, Chief Operating Officer; Austin Prieur, Director of Engineering; Dan Thompson, Vice President of Operations; Steve Oberman, Executive Vice President and Head of Music; and Tony DiCamillo, Head of Business Development for non-music verticals.
See Tickets North America, which was founded more than 25 years ago, is a subsidiary of global content, media and communication group Vivendi. The company sold more than 39 million tickets in 2022 for 8,000 clients including England’s Glastonbury Festival, Belgium’s Tomorrowland, LA Pride Festival, AmericanaFest in Nashville and events put on by Disco Donnie Presents.
