Interpol Adds ‘Antics’ Anniversary Tour Dates
Interpol is bringing the antics stateside.
The indie rock stalwarts are spending 2024 celebrating the 20th anniversary of the release of their seminal second album Antics. Adding to already announced dates in the UK, Ireland and Europe, the band will play three shows in the U.S. in November in Chicago; Austin, Texas; and Inglewood, California.
The November 19 Chicago show at The Salt Shed will include support from Deafheaven. …And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead will open in Austin at the Moody Amphitheater November 21. The final show, at the Kia Forum in Inglewood November 23, will also include The Walkmen.
Tickets are on sale June 14 at 10 a.m. local time.
Interpol played a free show at Mexico City’s Zócalo April 20, drawing more than 160,000 people, as documented in a recent Pollstar cover story.
Interpol is repped by High Road Touring’s Matt Hickey in the U.S. and 13 Artists’ Charlie Myatt elsewhere. The band is managed by James Sandom and Al Mills out of Red Light’s London office.
