Ushuaïa Ibiza Coming To Dubai
The Night League, the company of Yann Pissenem, visionary behind two of the world’s most famous clubs, Hï Ibiza and Ushuaïa Ibiza, is launching a party residency under the Ushuaïa brand in Dubai, UAE.
Officially dubbed the Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience, it’s a partnership between The Night League and Dubai based hospitality group Studio A by Addmind Hospitality, the creators of venues including White Club, Iris and Babylon, led by Elie Saba.
Scheduled to open later this year at Dubai Harbour, “this new residency promises to deliver an open-air musical spectacle unlike any the region has ever seen,” according to the launch press release.
The residency will start when the Ibiza season finishes, and run through what will be winter in Spain and Europe until the clubs on Ibiza open again.
Ushuauïa Ibiza takes place at the beach club of the same name (owned by Palladium Hotels), where people can watch the shows from their rooms. The Dubai residency isn’t connected to a hotel, but will be its own outdoor event series, presented by Ushuaïa and The Night League.
What won’t change from to the original event is the diverse selection of international DJs, and artists covering mainstream and underground sounds; festival-level production; and a unique outdoor setting.
“Ushuaïa Ibiza’s signature stadium-sized production will transform the Dubai Harbour venue with state-of-the-art technology, immersive visuals and breathtaking performers,” the press release states.
Neither the opening lineup nor the opening date for Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience have yet been announced.
After building both Hï Ibiza and Ushuaïa Ibiza into nightlife brands recognized worldwide, The Night Life is now looking at international expansion plans, in which the Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience marks the first major step.
