LiveCo, an entertainment company formed two years ago as a consolidation of multiple independent concert production entities, is investing in the growing popularity of faith-based music and announced it is merging recent acquisitions Transparent, Premier and Rush Concerts to form a one-stop, full-service promotion company called TPR.

Christian gospel is one of the fastest-growing genres in the music business, and TPR will be leading the charge with a loaded roster that includes Brandon Lake, Elevation Worship, Hillsong Worship and Phil Wickham.

Wickham and Lake together have experienced success on the road this year, including a sold-out Aug. 1 show at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit which grossed $601,235 off 12,756 tickets, according to Pollstar Boxoffice reports.

“We are already the leaders in faith, and this move positions our company to better capitalize on this category’s accelerating live-entertainment potential,” LiveCo President and CEO Chuck Steedman said in a statement. “The unveiling of TPR allows us to seamlessly streamline the experience for artists, agents, managers and venues, delivering the artists that fans most want to see.”

Other TPR clients include Anne Wilson, CeCe Winans, Chris Tomlin, Dude Perfect, Forrest Frank, Gaither Vocal Band, Jeremy Camp, Josiah Queen, KB, Lysa TerKeurst, MercyMe, Tauren Wells, We the Kingdom and many more.

Jared Gibo, who helped Transparent Productions grow to become a national promoter, will serve as CEO of LiveCo’s new venture and expects TPR to be among the most successful promoters in the live entertainment industry with more than 1,000 events worldwide in 2025.

“Our joint volume from the combination of Transparent, Premier and Rush will not only keep us No. 1 in faith but also a top 10 overall worldwide promoter. Our ability to give our clients the best live-event experience will be substantially boosted by our combined resources,” Gibo said in the announcement. “The management team members of TPR are the demonstrated best in the industry in their respective areas and are focused on providing the highest level of service to our clients.”

Other TPR executive team members include Jacob Reiser (president of global touring), Kyle Burnside (executive vice president of global touring), Todd Stepp (senior vice president of global marketing), Mike Deckard (senior vice president of events) and Bobby Talley (senior vice president of operations).

Transparent Productions founder Tim Taber and Premier Productions CEO Michael Pugh were promoted to the LiveCo management team and will serve as chief strategy officer and chief operating officer, respectively.

Taber, who has been in the live biz for 35 years, will focus on generating revenue and growth-oriented initiatives, and Pugh, a 20-year veteran, will focus on the day-to-day operations and work with operating companies to advance sponsorship, technology, marketing and relationships between artists and agents.
