Bachman-Turner Overdrive To Tour Canada
Legendary Canadian rockers Bachman-Turner Overdrive will be taking care of business in their home country in the spring of 2025.
The “Back in Overdrive Tour 2025” begins April 1 at Victoria, British Columbia’s Save On Food Memorial Centre and hits 22 cities from coast to coast, including a double at Calgary’s Event Centre at Grey Eagle Casino and a hometown show at Winnipeg’s Canada Life Centre. The tour wraps at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia, May 8.
Fellow Canadians April Wine and Headpin will support.
Tickets go on sale Nov. 8.
Last year, Randy Bachman revived BTO, joined by his son Tal. The set includes selections from Bachman’s pre-BTO band, The Guess Who.
BTO’s recent tour was largely U.S.-based though there were a handful of Canadian dates, including a 4,970-ticket sellout at OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls, Ontario, grossing $195,295, according to Pollstar Boxoffice reports.
Craig Newman at Paladin Artists books the band in the U.S. In Canada, BTO is repped by Jeff Craib at The Feldman Agency.
