313 Presents Names Keith Dowdican As COO

Detroit promoter and venue operator 313 Presents has named Keith Dowdican Chief Operating Officer, promoted from his previous role as Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration.  

Since the formation of 313 Presents, Dowdican has been instrumental in integrating the financial and  operational foundation of the multi-venue organization, the announcement states. Dowdican was named a 2025 Crain’s Detroit Business Notable Leader in Finance, reflecting his  impact in finance and administration within the regional business community. 

Dowdican will lead operations across the organization, focusing on executing strategies and driving results in all aspects of the company.

“I’m honored to accept the COO role and continue advancing the foundation we’ve established at 313  Presents,” said Dowdican. “Our role in providing access to the best in live entertainment is incredibly  fulfilling, and I’m excited to work with the team and guide our strategic direction as we shape the future  of our business.” 

The company, which promotes events at and manages venues including Little Caesars Arena, Pine Knob Music Theatre and the Fox Theatre, recently announced that 313 Presents President Howard Handler is leaving the company, effective March 31, in a planned leadership transition.
