2026 Impact 50 Honoree: Kevin Shivers
KEVIN SHIVERS
Co-President of Music
THE·TEAM
BY THE NUMBER: $167.57 million. The gross Tyler, The Creator brought in from his global tour in 2025, moving nearly 1.3 million tickets across 95 shows.
WORDS TO LIVE BY: “Do the work, treat people right and think long term.”

Only one year after the industry-shaking news of Kevin Shivers switching agencies, he leveled up to co-president of THE·TEAM, a move that may not have come as a surprise to many in the live music business.
In addition to working with major clients like Tyler, The Creator and Kali Uchis, Shivers has built a reputation as a knowledgeable and dedicated agent with a heart of gold who always has time for his clients and anyone aspiring to work in the industry.
“Stepping into the co-president role and getting the opportunity to help lead this team alongside Lee has been deeply impactful,” says Shivers, who was one of the keynote speakers at Pollstar Live! in April. “I know how much the right leadership, support and culture can impact the way people do their best work in this business. I want to be the kind of leader who is accessible, honest and useful to people. A big focus for me is making sure people feel supported, and that younger agents see a real path forward here.”
Shivers simply wants to pay it forward and foster a culture that helps others, similar to one his friend and mentor Charles Attal built in Austin when he ran Stubb’s BBQ.
“Kevin Shivers works tirelessly and always answers on the first ring, no matter the time zone,” Attal, C3 Presents co-founder, told Pollstar in December.
Fellow THE·TEAM co-president Lee Anderson counts his lucky stars for having Shivers alongside him leading the charge.
“Over the last year, there has not been one day where I have not felt deep gratitude that Kevin Shivers is in my life,” Anderson told Pollstar in December. “Beyond our friendship, I know just how lucky I am to call him my peer professionally. As an agent, he’s a force; as a leader, he’s a brilliant visionary; and as a friend, he’s a rock. He’s the perfect balance of patience and tenacity. Not only has he made [THE·TEAM] a better company, but his time and influence have made me a significantly better version of myself.”
