Wizard Live Germany Launches Coms, Brands & Consulting Department

Wizard Live is making its 20-plus years of communications and brand expertise in live entertainment available for external clients with the launch of Wizard Communications.
With this standalone unit for communications, brand development, and strategic consulting in live entertainment Wizard Live says it’s “responding to growing demand for event marketing expertise that extends beyond its own touring business.”
Wizard Live has offered external marketing and communications services alongside classic touring since 2024, but is now dedicating its own team to the task.
WizCom’s service portfolio is divided into four areas: Live & Tour Communications, which includes tour marketing, festival campaigns, as well as venue and concert series
marketing; Brand Presence in the Live Spaces; Digital Communications & Social Media, which includes content strategy, social media campaigns, community management, and more; and Strategy Consulting & Knowledge Transfer.

WizCom utilizes WIZION, its in-house, AI-powered insights platform developed from over 20 years of practice in the German live market, promising “a picture of the audience that no external market research can deliver,” according to today’s press announcement from Wizard Live.
WizCom is led by Tobias Dietermann, Head of Marketing & PR, working alongside Gwen Iffland (Creative & Conceptual Lead), Sascha Rippberger (Head of New Business), Hendrik Mangold (Senior Marketing Manager), and Hannah Groß (Manager Marketing & Promotion) – under the strategic responsibility of Oliver Hoppe, Managing Director of Wizard Live.
Dietermann commented, “Over two decades, we’ve learned how communication really works in a live context – not from theory, but from the practice of thousands of shows and campaigns. With WizCom, we’re now giving this experience its own address for brands, organizers, and institutions seeking exactly this practical knowledge.”
Hoppe added, “In recent years, we have deliberately begun to structurally open up what has grown internally. In artist development with PRISMA, and now in communications with Wizard Communications. Both units stand for the same ambition: not just to use knowledge that has grown over years for ourselves, but to share it with others.”
