Parisian Band Caravan Palace Embarking On 2025 North American Tour

TOUR POSTER Caravan Palace US final

French Band Caravan Palace are returning to the States for the first time since 2022 and will be visiting clubs and theaters across North America early next year. The trio from Paris are hitting the road to support their fifth album, Gangbusters Melody Club, which was released via Le Plan Recordings earlier this year.

The 24-date tour kicks off at Auditorio BB in Mexico City on March 14, 2025, and includes stops at The Echo in Dallas, San Diego’s House of Blues, The Novo in Los Angeles, Seattle’s Showbox SODO, Mission Ballroom in Denver, Toronto’s The Phoenix Concert Theatre, L’Olympia in Montreal, New York’s Brooklyn Steel, 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. and Atlanta’s Buckhead Theater before wrapping up at Revolution in Miami on April 17.

An artist presale begins Oct. 9 at 10 a.m. EST followed by Spotify and local presales on Oct. 10 at 10 a.m. EST. The general onsale starts Friday, Oct. 11 at 10 a.m. EST. Tickets for the tour can be purchased on the band’s website, caravanpalace.com/tour.

Known for their eclectic sound and fondness for music of the past (like swing and disco), Caravan Palace dove deeper into their influences while delivering something fresh with Gangbusters Melody Club, a title that encapsulates the spirit of the band by referencing a radio broadcast from the 1930s and uses an expression (“gangbusters”) that implies something exciting.

“It’s funny and vintage, which sums us up,” band member Charles Delaporte said in a release. “Plus, we love the word Club in that context — it evokes a secret society.”

The electronic music band broke onto the scene with their self-titled debut in 2008 and rose to prominence with their third effort, <|°_°|> (commonly referred to as Robot), which included their RIAA platinum-certified single “Lone Digger.” The band returned to pop music basics with their latest LP, their most dance-friendly effort to date.

“Five albums in, you think making our songs should get easier, but it’s harder work,” Arnaud de Bosredon said in a release announcing the tour. “I blame getting older. When you are a teenager, you can be moved by a specific harmony or melody because it’s the first time you hear it. Over time, sounds become less fresh. We want to make pop music that’s always different, but not let it become too complicated”.

Caravan Palace is booked in North America by Christian Bernhardt of United Talent Agency. The band recently performed at Delta Festival in Marseille, France, and last played a show in the U.S. in early 2022. One of those shows in the States was at Another Planet Entertainment-promoted concert Fox Theater on in Oakland, California, on Feb. 11 which grossed $88,905 off 1,973 tickets sold, according to Pollstar Boxoffice reports.
