“My dear sweet friend Amy Farris died over the weekend,” Willis posted to her Twitter account Sept. 30. “Together we weren’t exactly fearless. But we did it anyway. I’m devastated.”
Dave Alvin posted the following on his Facebook page:
“Mourning the loss of my friend and musical compatriot, Amy Farris. The words sad and sorrowful are too weak to express what I’m feeling. Rest in Peace, Amy.”
