If you’re a fan of George Lucas’ “Star Wars” universe, have I got good news for you. This fall you’ll be able to immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of all six movies live.
Star Wars: In Concert, which debuted in April at London’s O2 Arena, kicks off a North American run with a pair of performances October 1-2 at Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif.

Other cities in the show’s flight path so far include Phoenix; Los Angeles; Sacramento, Calif.; San Jose, Calif.; Seattle; Portland, Ore.; Tulsa, Okla.; and Oklahoma City.
Additional cities and venues will be announced in the coming weeks.

Actor Anthony Daniels, the man in the shiny gold suit in all six "Star Wars" movies, narrates a portion of the story from the films onstage during Star Wars: In Concert.
Narrated live by C-3PO himself – well, actually by Anthony Daniels who portrayed the character in all six films – the production features a full symphony orchestra and choir (conducted by Dirk Brossé), accompanied by specially edited footage from the films displayed on a three-story-tall, high-definition LED super-screen.

“We’ve taken the key themes from the music and cut together all the images that fit with each theme, so you can really get a sense of how the music played into the images,” explained Lucas. “The whole soundtrack is a testament to John Williams’ creativity and his extraordinary ability to enhance the emotional aspects of the films.”

Accompanying the show is an exclusive exhibit of “Star Wars” costumes, props, artifacts, production artwork and specially created behind-the-scenes videos from the Lucasfilm Archives, many of which are leaving Skywalker Ranch for the first time.
