GNR Japan Dates Postponed
Guns ‘N’ Roses announced April 11th the postponement of the band’s Japan tour in mid-April because bassist Tommy Stinson had sprained his hand.
The Japan dates were to be the opening concerts for the group’s upcoming world tour, and according to the announcement, Guns N’ Roses still plan to play the MyCoke festivals in South Africa at the end of April.
The press statement quotes Stinson as saying that he fell down a flight of stairs. “I put my hand down to break my fall and heard a loud pop.” Doctors said he didn’t break anything but the hand was “severely sprained” and that there may be some ligament damage.
