The Cowboy Way
With nearly 30 years together and more than 20 albums to show for it, Riders In The Sky have plenty reason to rest on their laurels. Instead, the famous musical cowboys have concerts booked as far as the eye can see.
The Riders will launch their latest tour November 25 in Boise, Idaho, moving through the Southwest and California over the next couple weeks. The band will hit the Midwest and South before Christmas, wrapping for the holidays December 18 in Lexington, Ky.
They’ll be riding again in January, hitting Texas, Arizona and Washington state before setting sail from Los Angeles with the Grand Ole Opry Cruise January 21-28. The cruise, taking place on the Carnival Pride, will also feature Bill Anderson, Little Jimmy Dickens and Lorrie Morgan as it makes stops in three Mexican ports.
Riders In The Sky will continue hitting the highways next year with scattered dates already booked through late December 2007.
