Faithfull Journey
Marianne Faithfull has booked two months of fall tour dates on both sides of the Pond.
The singer will play France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg in October, followed by a string of North American dates the following month. The November itinerary includes three stops on the West Coast, three in Canada and one in New York City.
She’ll be back in Europe after Thanksgiving, with concerts planned in eight countries. The tour is to wrap in London December 18.
Last year, Faithfull released her 20th studio album, Before The Poison, which featured contributions with PJ Harvey, Nick Cave, Damon Albarn and Jon Brion.
Faithfull has been busy in the film world as well, appearing with Kirsten Dunst in the new Sofia Coppola film, “Marie-Antoinette,” in addition to several other projects in the works.
