Following the group’s initial U.S. date at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and a 10 concert tour of Europe, the U.S. tour kicks off in Boston on May 27.

The 18-date run finishes in New Jersey with a two-night stand at PNC Amphitheatre June 24 & 25. Stop include Columbus, Ohio; Phoenix, Ariz.; San Francisco; Des Moinse, Iowa; Milwaukee; Detroit; and Saratogo, N.Y.

A warm-up run of four concerts is set to take place at Asbury Park, N. J.’s Convention Hall on April 20, 24,25 & 26.

Each night, an all new evening of gospel, folk, and blues will be presented by Springsteen with the 17-member Seeger Sessions Band.

Tickets for the European tour dates were snatched up quickly. London’s Hammersmith Apollo Theatre sold out in 10 minutes, The Manchester Evening News Arena in six minutes, and Amsterdam’s Heineken Music Hall in just four minutes.

Festhalle in Frankfurt, Germany, also sold out in a matter of minutes. Legendary promoter Harvey Goldsmith (Live Aid, Live 8) said, “We announced Bruce Springsteen’s concerts in the UK at 9 a.m. on Friday 7 April. By 9:10 a.m., both shows had sold out. This is the fastest selling show ever in Manchester.”
