The singer has scheduled a new U.S. and Canada tour leg in the spring, hitting 17 cities in both continents.

The jaunt kicks off at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, March 18 and will cruise the West Coast and points eastward before wrapping up at Atlantic City Boardwalk Hall in New Jersey April 16th.

From there, Stewart will head across the Pond for dates in Ireland, the U.K., Germany and the Netherlands through early July.

The rocker showed his versatility when he switched to singing American pop standards such as “They Can’t Take That Away From Me” and “I’ll Be Seeing You”a couple of years ago.

His 2003 release, As Time Goes By… features duets with Cher and Queen Latifah mixed in with swinging, martini-inspired love songs.
