Andrew W.K.
Prior to the release of his sophomore album, The Wolf, Andrew W.K. was prowling the music scene, rocking like it was 1992. And fans responded with rabid enthusiasm, prompting a sell-out at many of the gigs.
Now, he’s back for a little more old school rock.
Andrew W.K. will continue to ravage U.S. clubs this autumn, along with some help from Hoobastank and Die Trying.
The rock trio are out from now through the middle of the month, hitting up venues all over the East Coast. Then, after a few weeks’ rest, Andrew W.K. heads over to Japan for a five-city tour, including a two-night stop in Tokyo.
The Wolf, which hit shelves September 9, is, in W.K.’s words to Entertainment Weekly, “pure unadulterated triumph, unmitigated glory, absolute complete euphoria, melodic ecstasy, and true human victory.”
