Team Effort For Dashboard Confessional Shows

Ever gone to a concert and wanted to wail at the top of your lungs with the singer but felt you’d get kicked out for competing with the band? Well, Dashboard Confessional welcomes you to join in during their concerts. Singer-songwriter Chris Carraba says, “If you come to one of my shows, you’re kind of expected to sing along as loud as I do, and it’s just really like a team effort.”

And they’ll give fans plenty of opportunity to do just that. The band have a mere 38 dates lined up between March 1 and April 15, meaning that they’ll have only the occasional day off as they hit clubs all over the States.

Fellow hard working comrades The Anniversary support on all dates. The Anniversary just released their latest, Your Majesty, following their packed fall touring schedule with Superdrag and Shelby Tigers.

Incidentally, the two bands were out together last July for the Vagrant America Tour, which also featured Saves The Day and Hot Rod Circuit.

Dashboard Confessional just kicked out their fourth release within the space of a year. So Impossible came out in December, while The Places You Have Come To Fear The Most was a spring release, along with EP The Drowning. Their debut, The Swiss Army Romance, hit shelves just a few months prior, at the end of 2000. Oh yeah, and they’ve been on the road non-stop since May.
