Set among the tall oaks and swamps of the Big Easy’s City Park, Voodoo Music Festival will present three stages of music, along with an activity-filled interactive village and vendor village.

Voodoo organizers are working with event sponsor Shooting Gallery to create a weekend-long series of all-night music events and parties that will coincide with the concert. The festivities begin October 26, providing a spirited run-up to Halloween.

Voodoo Music Festival debuted last October 31, and though a few anti-occult protesters objected to the word “voodoo,” the daylong gig was a hit with fans. Event organizers say this year’s concert will expand on the culture, mysticism and music concept.
