Grouplove Shows Love To The U.S.
The group is supporting its sophomore album, Spreading Rumours, which was released in September. NPR says the “candy-coated craftsmanship and joy on display throughout Spreading Rumours makes the record ludicrously easy to love – a welcome dose of summertime, just in time for fall.”
Grouplove has a short form documentary/concert film premiering Dec. 23 on Warner Music Group’s YouTube channel. “I’m With You” takes place during a week in New York City this fall as part of the band’s sold-out “SeeSaw Tour.” Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Sam Erickson – who has worked with Dave Matthews Band and My Morning Jacket – the film tells the story of Grouplove through interviews with the band members and live performance footage.
