Aldean’s Bus Hits Man

Jason Aldean’s tour bus hit and killed a pedestrian in Knox County, Ind., Oct. 28.

Albert Kennedy was struck at approximately 1:30 a.m. when he “walked out into the middle of the roadway” and was hit by the bus which was traveling the northbound lane of U.S. 41 North, according to a police report.

“With a heavy heart, I’m sad to say that a man passed away last night after stepping out in front of my bus in Indiana,” Aldean tweeted. “In all the years I’ve been touring and all the miles we’ve driven, nothing prepares you for something like this to happen. I’m praying for Albert Kennedy’s family and friends and ask that you do the same.”
