The five-day festival, which kicked off Wednesday, includes musical performances, an art show, panel discussions along with movie premieres and screenings. It will be held in several areas of the city, including Old 4th Ward, Little 5 Points and East Atlanta Village.
Other featured performers include Wu-Tang’s Ghostface Killah, Too Short, 9th Wonder, LeCrae, Schoolboy Q and Jay Rock.
A number of film screenings will be held featuring documentaries from Cheryl Dunn’s “Everybody Street” and “Our Vinyl Weighs A Ton: This Is Stones Throw” by Jeff Broadway.
Last year, more than 20,000 attended the festival headlined by Big Boi of OutKast and Kirko Bangz.
