Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band In The Fall

As the saying goes – if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Ringo Starr has booked another round of dates with the All Starr lineup featuring Todd Rundgren, Toto’s Steve Lukather, Richard Page, Mark Rivera, Gregg Rolie and Gregg Bissonette.

The current incarnation of Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band toured North America last summer and played New Zealand, Australia and Japan in February and March.

Page is the former singer and bassist for Mr. Mister.

Rivera, who became Ringo’s music director in the mid-‘90s, has been playing with the Billy Joel band since 1982. The saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist also toured or recorded with acts including Elton John and Peter Gabriel.

Keyboardist/organist/singer Rolie is best known as one of the founding members of Santana and Journey.

Since Bissonette got his big break playing drums in the David Lee Roth band, he’s toured with Toto and recorded with the likes of Carlos Santana, Joe Satriani and Don Henley.
