Foo Fighters’ November Plans

A posting on Foo Fighters’ website says the band is psyched about its latest tour announcement and if Dave Grohl & Co. are psyched, we should be too, right?! The group has booked a trip to Europe in November, starting with a gig in Amsterdam.

After playing Australia in March, the Foos return to the road in May for a trip through Europe that includes an appearance at Glastonbury. In July the band kicks off a U.S./Canada tour with a July 4 show in Washington, D.C. North American dates are scheduled through early October.

The November Euro excursion is made up of stops in Germany, Poland, Austria, Italy and Spain. Here’s the plan:

Nov. 5 – Amsterdam, Netherlands, Ziggo Dome
Nov. 6 – Cologne, Germany, Lanxess Arena
Nov. 8 – Berlin, Germany, O2 World (will be renamed Mercedes-Benz Arena as of July 1)
Nov. 9 – Krakow, Poland, Krakow Arena
Nov. 11 – Vienna, Austria, Wiener Stadthalle
Nov. 13 – Bologna, Italy, Unipol Arena
Nov. 14 – Torino, Italy, Pala Alpitour
Nov. 19 – Barcelona, Spain, Palau Sant Jordi

Tickets for the Italy gigs will be available April 23 at 10 a.m. CET. All other dates go on sale April 24 at 10 a.m. CET.
