Kenny Rogers’ South Africa Farewell

Global country superstar Kenny Rogers will soon cross one country off of his final “to play” list.  The mega-selling artist announced his “Farewell South Africa” tour with stops in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Truly an artist that needs no introduction, Rogers dominated the country music charts for years with hits such as “Lady,” “Lucille,” and his duet with Dolly Parton, “Islands In The Stream.”  Two songs – “Coward Of The County” and “The Gambler” inspired TV movies.

Here is Rogers’ South Africa swan song:

June 15 – Johannesburg, Big Top Arena
June 16 – Johannesburg, Big Top Arena
June 18 – Cape Town, GrandWest’s Grand Arena

Lance James, Barbara Ray, Clive Bruce and Tommy Dell appear on all dates.
