Dover Motorsports’ Jason Anderson Dies
Jason Anderson, head of ticket sales at the Dover International Speedway in Delaware, was killed Jan. 18 when his car, also carrying his wife and 1-year-old child, slid into a jackknifed trailer during a pileup on Interstate 476.

Anderson’s wife was injured during the accident but was reported to be in stable condition and their son was not seriously harmed, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
Anderson, 33, worked for the New Orleans Saints before he oversaw ticket operations at a speedway in Memphis, Tenn. When that speedway closed, Anderson was offered the job at Dover International. The Speedway hosts the Firefly Festival almong other events.
