Sinead To Headline WOMAD NZ
Sinead O’Connor headlines the 11th WOMAD NZ next year, after performing at the UK event in July.

Announced in the first round of 20 artists were Rufus Wainwright, Richard Thompson, Youssou N’Dour, Balkan Beat Box, Luzmila Carpio, Lake Street Dive, Ramzi Aburedwan, Meeta Pandit and singer-songwriter Bombino as well as New Zealand’s Trinity Roots, Flip Grater, Tahuna Breaks and Estere.
Although the March 13-15 event’s venues Brooklands Park and the TSB Bowl in New Plymouth cover 55 acres, tickets are capped at 12,500.
