Biter Arrested At Beyoncé/Jay Z Concert

An incident during Beyoncé and Jay Z‘s Aug. 2 concert at the  in Pasadena, Calif., ended with the arrest of one concertgoer and another losing part of his finger.

A scuffle began after Roberto Alcaraz-Garnica groped a woman at the show, police told Pasadena Star News. The woman’s boyfriend wasn’t so happy about that, and a fight broke out.

“The suspect sexually assaulted the female victim,” Pasadena Police Lt. John Luna said. “During the altercation, the suspect bit the victim, causing serious injury to his finger. He lost the tip of one of his fingers.”

Alcaraz-Garnica was arrested on a charge of mayhem and sexual battery, police said. He’s being held pending an appearance in court. The boyfriend was taken to a nearby hospital.

Authorities reportedly made 10 other arrests the evening of the concert – eight for public drunkenness and two for ticket scalping.
