The suit alleges promissory fraud, breach of contract and unjust enrichment and was filed in Los Angeles July 24. The men claim they worked as either DJs or security on the Live Nation-promoted Williams tour.

Cortney Gilmore claims he is owed $80,000 for his services as an emcee. The remaining four plaintiffs claim they are owed between $10,000 and $14,000.

The suit marks the second in a month for Williams, who is also accused by former manager Mark Williams of punching him in the face, knocking him out and causing a concussion, according to Courthouse News Service.
