Garth Brooks Announces Details For Chicago Gig
Night No. 1 will be at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill., Sept. 4. Brooks also announced that his wife, Trisha Yearwood, will be on the outing. It will be the first time in 17 years that Brooks has played the windy city.
“As an entertainer, you get asked a lot ‘what are the best cities to play?’ Without hesitation I rattle five or six of the best places to play and that list ALWAYS includes Chicago,” Brooks said in a posting on his website. “It is the PERFECT city to launch the World Tour!”
The general onsale begins July 25 at 10 a.m. CDT. Ticket price is $56.94 plus a $2.56 tax and $6.00 in service charges totaling $65.50. There is a six-ticket limit per purchase.
