Industry Noize: ANZ Extends Sydney Stadium Deal
Australian banking group ANZ extended its naming rights sponsorship of the former Olympic Stadium in Sydney to the end of 2017.
The partnership began in 2008.
A 2013 Repucom report ranked ANZ Stadium the most valuable naming rights property of all major Australian stadia, with a total reach of 48.3 million people.

ANZ Stadium managing director Daryl Kerry said 2013 was the venue’s most successful year since the 2000 Sydney Olympics, drawing 1.6 million fans to 50 music and sports events.
“An extraordinary run of five sell-out (sports) events drew upwards of 60,000 visitors to NSW and was worth more than $100 million to the (New South Wales) economy,” Kerry said.
