PRG Hires Chris Corrini As CFO
Production Resource Group LLC has brought Chris Corrini on board as its Chief Financial Officer to head a reorganized financial leadership team.
Corrini was previously CFO at Brink’s and Brink’s Group for 10 years. Prior to that he was CFO at Edison Learning.
Other members of the new financial leadership team include Joe Cirillo as senior VP of finance and Dan Mollicone as VP of financial planning and analysis.
“A little more than a year ago, we combined PRG and VER and became a billion-dollar global business. With that, the demands placed on our financial department have increased enormously in both complexity and sheer volume,” Jere Harris, Chairman and CEO of PRG said in a statement. “I believe Chris’ credentials at leading global companies and his tested business acumen will strengthen PRG and help position us for future growth.”
Harris’ quote references the PRG and VER merger, which was completed in August 2018, pulling VER out of Ch. 11 bankruptcy. In Europe and the Middle East VER merged into PRG, but the companies operate as separate entities in North America.
That merger combined two of the largest global production companies, creating “a complete suite of services for tours, festivals, and events.”
Since then PRG has invested in German stage technology company Movecat and partnered with 3D Live.
