Il Divo Reveals ‘A Holiday Song Celebration’ North American Tour Dates

Pop opera stars Il Divo’s latest tour, “A Holiday Song Celebration,” will kick off Nov. 17 in Boston, with stops across North America including New York, Toronto, Atlanta, Miami, and Los Angeles, before wrapping Dec. 22 in San Diego.

Il Divo will perform songs from The Christmas Collection, their platinum-certified compilation of yule classics with its interpretations of familiar Christmas melodies.

Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Aug. 2 at 10 a.m. local time. Citi cardmembers will have access to purchase presale tickets beginning Tuesday, July 30 at 10 am local time until Aug. 1 at 10 p.m. local time.

Il Divo will offer VIP packages for each show with options that include premium seating, photo op with members of Il Divo, pre-show bar, and specially designed merchandise. All but three dates are produced by Live Nation.

Discovered and mentored by Simon Cowell over 15 years ago, Il Divo has become the consummate tenor powerhouse vocal group with four sold-out world tours to date, over 30 million albums sold and 160 gold and platinum albums in 33 countries to its credit.

Over the last three years, Il Divo has averaged a gross of $192,869, according to Pollstar Boxoffice data. Il Divo’s fall tour will take the group to several venues it played earlier this year, including Boston’s Orpheum Theatre, where it sold 1,834 tickets and grossed $150,393 on April 4, and New York’s Beacon Theatre, where it sold 2,269 tickets and grossed $267,356 on April 6.
